The PA who examined him the day after the shooting described him as obese. His trainer said he "was a large, soft man. A very nice large, soft man".

Maybe you see soft, obese men as fit but that does not make him so.

Ding, ding, ding, we have winner. Exactly right. If he was "stalking" which requires multiple instances over multiple days (not seconds or minutes) there is NO DOUBT they would have charged Z. To the folks who want to prematurely convict Z, "continued observation" and "reestablishing lost observation" now qualifies as "stalking".

I remember seeing this hot girl walking in front if me in the mall when I was a young man. I wanted to strike up a conversation with her and ask her out. I followed her hoping she would go to the food court. I lost sight of her a few times as she went in to a few stores and reestablished sight of her when she exited. Little did I know, she should have had me charged with "stalking" instead of marrying me 14 months later.
 
I know a lot of people in jail for multiple murders that eat Skittles. I wish people would stop pointing out that he had candy in his backpack to somehow imply that he was a sweet little kid that would do no wrong. We have photos and other personal references that show that TM idolized that gangster life.

And Z knew this? How? that would mean Z had prior knowledge of TM and that changes the whole dynamic of the case. All Z knew was that he was a black kid walking back from the store on the way to his dads with a bag of skittles in his pocket, or at least that's all that he could have known. It is clear that Z also idolized a certain lifestyle, that of a vigilante.

Because a grown man would have turned around and said "Fuck You nonya business bitch" and not take off running, that's pretty bold and full of yourself being soft and pudgy to want to confront a random 6 footer walking down the street. Another grown man could have had a weapon also, who gets out of their car and confronts someone you have to assume has a weapon , unless your looking for trouble and think they are gonna give into your every command cause you got a gun.
 
What does being GROWN have anything to do with anything? DO you pot heads ever watch the olympics? How old are athletes in their prime? Since I doubt any of you commenting on Martin being a 'kid' have watched the olympics or know anything about athletics, ill tell you. Gymnastics, boxing, wrestling, swimming, 15 years old is not uncommon to be a olympian. There are 15 year olds benching 350lbs right now in a highschool weight room. What the fuck does Martin being 17 have ANYTHING to do with the fact he was a fighter, thief, and a thug?

All Z knew is that there was a suspicious person in his neighborhood.

Yall have such a hard on to make Zimmerman pay for killing someone in self defense. Its scary.
 
Prosecution withholding evidence = red flag that even they know GZ is innocent and was just defending himself.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A court employee who retrieved photos and deleted text messages from Trayvon Martin's cellphone has been placed on administrative leave after an attorney testified that prosecutors didn't properly turn over the evidence to the defense, an attorney said Wednesday.

Former prosecutor Wesley White said he was ethically obligated to reveal that Fourth Judicial Circuit Information Technology Director Ben Kruidbos retrieved the data that wasn't turned over.

Kruidbos was placed on leave shortly after White testified during a hearing in George Zimmerman's second-degree murder case on Tuesday. White said Kruidbos was interviewed by state attorney investigators twice before the action was taken.

White said he wasn't surprised of possible evidence violations by Zimmerman prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda.

"I was saddened by it, but I'm not surprised," he said.

White first learned about the evidence through Kruidbos more than a month ago, he said.

Phone and email messages left at the office of Fourth Judicial Circuit State Attorney Angela Corey were not immediately returned.

"If da glove don't fit, acquit!"
