I induce non showing plants with 72 hours of dark to induce flowering,then go to 12/12.As far as nutes I use Fox Farms Open Sesame,Beastie Bloomz,and Cha Ching throughout the flowering phase of growth,as well as they're nutrient lineup.

true that,if you've got room,go 12/12,you wont be disappointed.The advantages of growing longer are bigger size,thus more yield.Given that I live where a patient can only have 6 plants,I grow mine for a long time ,some of my sativas are 5-6 feet when they go to flower,so its all up to you.

it would depend on the size of the room your working with.I have a 400watter in a2x4'closet to fllower 3 plants,and its better than 250 any day.
