The ACA isn't universal healthcare. Under Obama, 30 million people remained uninsured. Millions more underinsured, and still, tens of thousands left bankrupt as a result of healthcare costs. That's what Biden supports.

There are no universal healthcare bills penned or cosponsored by establishment Democrats because they don't actually support universal healthcare
Because the Repubclians sued to stop it from being full 100% and after Obama's second year, Republicans used the ACA and their Tea Party nonsense to win the House in 2010. Stopping Obama and the Democrats from being able to legislate for what ended up being the entire time Obama was in office.

This is the problem that you pretend is not real, the Republicans have been actively stopping legislation not directly benefitting their demographic from passing.

To get universal coverage Obamacare is there now. It just takes Democrats being in office to plug the holes the Republicans have been spending trying to poke in it.

You use Republicans as a scapegoat to avoid acknowledging the legitimate problems with Democratic legislation/policy

Everything would be perfect if it weren't for Republicans

That's an extremely naive perspective to hold and shows you fail to hold your own party accountable. Look at the HEROES bill the House just passed. Big giveaway to lobbyists, small businesses and individuals can get fucked, though.

Nope, but Obamacare would not have been attacked for the last several years if not for the Republicans.

And I know you enjoy just saying things, but you know by now that because it sounds good doesn't mean it is actually happening. Trump flat out fired the IG that was supposed to be overseeing the program, basically breaking what was put into the law.

You seem unable to understand the severity of the issue having Trump in office trolling anyone not in his cult is having on our democracy.

Edit:
Here is a ad for you. I know you want to be all militant over the 'establishment', but it doesn't need to be that way.

Remember that time that you couldn't stop accusing people of "using Republican talking points"? That was funny as you have since become a Republican.

"Trump is bad, so don't criticize Democrats!"

Establishment Democrats are bad, too, and what you espouse benefits them. And losing seats, like Smith's House seat, so Republicans can pick them up is also bad. She wouldn't have lost the election if she opposed universal healthcare. There's no chance of winning contested seats by running a weaker version of a Republican candidate.

I don't buy your 'Democrats are bad too' fairytale. It is the same right wing troll that they have been doing for the last 50 years. The Democratic party is the closest at any point in human history to having citizens from everywhere in the nation representing them. Ignoring that fact doesn't make it untrue.

Establishment Democrats represent their donors

Included in the bill they just passed;

  • A Corporate Lobbyist Bailout: The bill makes Paycheck Protection Program funds available to 501(c)6 trade associations, which is the institutional vehicle for corporate lobbying.
  • A Dark Money Group Bailout: The bill extends Paycheck Protection Program funds available to 501(c)4 trade associations, which is the institutional vehicle for dark money political spending.
  • No Merger Prohibition: This bill has no mechanism to block or slow pandemic-related corporate mergers. Already, Amazon is rumored to buy AMC theaters, and Uber is in talks to buy Grubhub.
  • Tax Cut for the Wealthy: This bill includes a repeal of the State and Local Tax Deduction, which primarily benefits the wealthy.
  • Bailout of Mortgage Servicers: This bill extends Federal aid to mortgage servicers, who were the thinly capitalized entities at fault for the foreclosure crisis. These servicers have fought attempts at reform of their industry to make their business safer and are now demanding a no-strings-attached bailout.
  • Subsidies for Health Insurance Monopolies: Rather than extending Medicare or Medicaid to the unemployed, this bill would fund COBRA, subsidizing health insurance monopolies and offering nothing to millions of Americans whose jobs never offered health insurance to begin with.

Voters favored medicare for all in every state Biden won
This statement is nonsensical in its attempt to make people against medicare who are in no way want it to be taken away.

Democrats represent the voters who vote for them. You trying to paint them as the same old politicians is just a right wing trolling of them.

Nice copy paste. Do you even read them? Let me highlight one of the things in it:
  • Tax Cut for the Wealthy: This bill includes a repeal of the State and Local Tax Deduction, which primarily benefits the wealthy.
How exactly would repealing a tax deduction that primarily benefits the wealthy be a benefit to their donors?

You shouldn't ignore that Americans work at these corporations and pushing edgy propaganda is a pretty shitty thing to do to try to make it out to be a bad thing to earn a income by working there.

How would cutting taxes for wealthy Democratic party donors benefit them?

These benefits don't trickle down to workers, they go directly to executives and shareholders

If there was a tax cut, and it was repealed that would be a tax increase on the wealthy. Not what you are saying.

I'm pretty sure that this bill will be killed by Republicans for completely different reasons. I'm also guessing that Sanders would have voted for passage of this bill if it made it to the floor of the Senate for a vote.

You're right, and the Democratic controlled house still included a bailout for corporate lobbyists

In a symbolic bill that has no chance of passing, Democrats still don't actually fight for working class people
