ron paul is NOT socially liberal by any stretch of the imagination.
Please...

Conservatives don’t want to legalize heroin, prostitution nor abortion like fake-conservative anti-war/code-pink style pacisfist libertarians. That's why children tend to support RP, kids tend to be liberal like he is. The only conservative thing about him is fiscal and that's not enough.

http://www.gallup.com/poll/152021/Conservatives-Remain-Largest-Ideological-Group.aspx

"Conservatives Remain the Largest Ideological Group in U.S.

Political ideology in the U.S. held steady in 2011, with 40% of Americans continuing to describe their views as conservative, 35% as moderate, and 21% as liberal."

Yeah, reality bites if you're not used to it... :D
Yea because thats from left to right...libertarians are up/down and not left or right..You might want to google it. I am a liberal but I am also a libertarian.

Yes he is, Republicans are pro-controlling who you fuck, what you eat, what you smoke, and whats in your video games and tv episodes..Ron Paul is 100% against these types of things.
ron paul is self-described pro-life: not socially liberal
ron paul authored anti-gay hr 7955: not socially liberal
ron paul is against civil rights: not socially liberal

as far as women's rights, gay rights, and civil rights go, ron paul is certainly NOT socially liberal.

Quit being so ridiculous with this yellow journalism crap...ron paul is agianst none of these things except he is pro-life but at the same time he doesn't think its the federal governments or any governments job to enforce it....same with all of these things..not the federal governments job..

Well If I am gay and I want to get married...In Ron Paul's Ideals I could...If I wanted an abortion I could get one also..Ron Paul may be pro-life but he doesn't believe in policing abortion.

Regardless...thse issues really don't have that much weight..I am pro-life myself but I am still a liberal.

lastly..Ron Paul is not 'against civil rights'...he is a champion of civil liberties and this is among his most important issues.

Pro-abortion = socially liberal
Anti-gay = bigot
The Klan was founded by Dixie Democrats = socially liberal bigot
More democrats voted against the Civil Rights Act than Republicans = socially liberal.

You must be confused what social liberals are for and against...

Nonsense, they're middle of the road, want it both ways, wishy-washy, half-liberal, fiscally conservative half-breeds. :D

Being against homosexuality does not make you a bigot. What does make you a bigot is saying that someone being against homosexuality is a bigot. Follow that, bigot?

Hating people for their sexual orientation, like Ron "the bigot" Paul, is bigotry. Look up the big words. I'm not "pro-homosexuality" I just don't care what other people do.

Ron Paul thinks gays should be able to get married, he has gay people that work for him also...

I graduated a long time ago also. I see you never went, nor studied political philosophy whatsoever and also apparently never debate..You are just an annoying troll and you really don't bother me so continue with your immature posts in attempts to harrass people. Its ridiculous behavior and shouldn't be allowed but if its for shits and giggles then whatever.

He also won't use their bathrooms or shake their hands...and he "authored anti-gay hr 7955" :D
So because somebody didn't want to use a private bathroom at somebodies house that makes them homophobic? Is it not possible that Ron Paul is just uncomfortable asking people to use their private bathrooms? If Ron hates gays so much why would he be at the man's house, and yet be so unwilling to use his bathroom?

That story is a joke, and anyone who was willing to take it with any grain of seriousness is (excuse me) absolutely retarded.
