AG Garland appoints special counsel

The democrats have turned on Biden. They want him gone. Biden is a crook though and is a pathetic feeble old man who has led the way in lies about himself and corruption. He was voted in by a bunch of insurrectionists and election deniers.

We now know Trump was never colluding with the Russians (sussman) trial), Hilary started the Russia crap (Sussman) trial) and the FBI never believed it (Sussman trial).

We also know...
Trump lawyers first contacted the White House/FBI and told them they found classified documents. They were told to hand them over and they did. Then trump lawyers called and said they found some more documents and then the FBI raided Mar-a-lago.

It is exactly the same scenario as Biden. They keep lying and saying it isn't but it is. Why isn't Biden being raided?
Trump team had them in Mar-a-lago in a locked room. Mar-a-lago has security including the secrete service inside and outside. Biden had his in a fucking garage. But it was locked and his vette was in there.

They knew all about Biden's documents before the midterms too. The fix is always in with the democrats. The party of liars and cheaters.
Great post!

I’m gonna cancel my subscriptions to FOX, Newsmax, OAN and QDrops. I can get all of that truth by following you now.

I must not be doing it right, I just don't get that mad at the internet. Also, I sound very very silly trying to rage post. George Santos gave me some good advice from his time ruling France and now I just let them eat cake.

Anywho, I'm adjusting my previous view that other opportunistic dems will go after biden and ask him to step down from "not likely" to "more likely than trump going to jail for anything." Having a sense of integrity and admitting fault is not great...its like when I realized you can just not open the door for the police. If they have a warrant they aren't knocking, if they don't then have no obligation to talk to them and it can only hurt you.
This is correct. When opening the door thinking it's realtors in your armed security guard gated community and it's three gold shields? They asked nicely to come in..in a blink I saw them everywhere in my house with handcuffs just the handcuffs. I asked if they could excuse me for a moment..closed the door and locked. Right in their faces but nicely like I had a lemon tart in the oven and 10 of my closest friends will be arriving soon? I watched them. They stood there thinking I was coming back:lol: Then they stood in my driveway trying to strategize and never came back.

Know your law..no judge is going to give a warrant with probable cause being ?

Perhaps they should've been concentrating on Parkland shooting up the street that was to be.

Wow,I figured things would get spirited here w/the 2nd drop of Biden docs.. Say it aint so Joe,you have just thrown a life preserver to a down and out Rep. party(many of whom I'd like to line up on my sidewalk and piss on their heads from my 2nd floor window). You have also lost the moral high ground now,the circumstances are different but it's still a FK up of epic proportions. This probably makes the decision for you about running in 2024. So depressing as I contemplate all the BS to come, the equivalent of fumbling on the 1 yard line.

If there is a desire to salvage the situation, and they have the info, they should really leak wtf trump was planning to do with the docs and the nature of them. Both sides really, the nature of the documents in question is important.

Yes, it's quite a stretch to tell everyone what was in the top secret documents, but if one has a bunch of nuclear secrets and compromising info to blackmail people vs some random shit used to write a book then let people know.

I have said it before, but one of the more powerful arguments trump could make is "if I am so obviously guilty, why am I not locked up." So far, they decline to prosecute everything so it's reasonable to assume the case just isn't there.

Yeah, but Joe has stirred up all the sediment on the bottom, ruining crystal clear water, all attempts now will be painted as partisan spin as the door is now opened IMO, We are in such a politically charged atmosphere now that J.Smith has to really dot I's and cross T's to be spot on point w/any indictment's forthcoming, and it's a epic undertaking as the zone has been flooded w/so much malfeasance it's breathtaking and pioneering in a perverse way. This country has never experienced such brazen disregard for the law from the oval office.

It’s a political problem at the moment but I don’t think Biden has lost moral standing. Because this AG is respectful of the law, there will be an investigation. Why not wait and see what comes from the DOJ investigation and any investigation that will probably come from the House before ending Biden’s career?

Of course it’s beyond hypocritical for republicans to do this while ignoring trump’s blatant and malicious obstruction in his case. As long as every subpoena is answered and the administration remains committed to ensuring transparency, no moral ground is lost, imo.

It was always going to be spun by MAGA regardless of what Joe did or did not do. I really hope the majority of voters apply some critical thinking and see right through MAGA pol's tactics, and I believe they have hence no red wave. Let MAGA whine, cry, and throw their temper tantrums; doesn't help their cause and is a losing message.

Jack Smith shouldn't do any more or less, that would bring politics into his investigation. Investigate the crime, then prosecute it.

Hope your right, the waters are muddied now though, its the gift the reps needed, all this back and forth subpoena , counter investigation shit is going to get dizzying man,and my confidence in a large segment of the American public to sort it out is questionable, the digital age attention span is.........let's just say it leaves a lot to be desired. Got to admit this news is equivalent to coffee grounds in the first sip of the morning, damn

Yeah but when you look at the sheer depth of Jan 6,w/all the players and phone and tweet records involved it's an immense undertaking requiring meticulous work, that was my point in why it's taking so long, and decisions also need to be made on the scope of involvement of some of these people and where the cut line for indictment is.

The Trump and documents cases are two different matters and each will stand on it's merits. Biden's problems are not Jack's problem and will have no bearing on the matter, it is judge Garland's problem. That is what Garland set him self up to be, a judge, he has two special counsels and will decide to proceed based on the merits of each case. He will probably want a written report on each too, so he can give it to congress and stifle any Biden impeachment moves in the house. A special counsel investigation actually protects Biden from impeachment and investigation by the GOP house.

These are two very different cases from a legal perspective, stop trying to convince the Trumpers of anything, they want to believe bullshit, no matter how absurd. At most a staffer or two might be indicted in the Biden case, but Trump will go down for good over his documents and obstruction cases and he will go down fast too.

It’s why republicans don’t want a special prosecutor, he’ll probably find nothing.

I figure he won't and will issue a report to Garland that Biden can use in his defense against impeachment over it. They can't impeach Biden with a DOJ investigation going and the final report will be in their faces and the news. Also he will have two reports to release, but the Trump one could take a bit longer than the Biden one.
