Ace seeds

Beautiful. I would have already been smoking my killer a5 haze if my plant sitter didn't forget to water it. I guess with killer in the name he must have thought he should kill it. :wall:

I actually popped a Killer A5 haze a few weeks ago, grew the seedling to 3 inches tall and then somehow I forgot to water just that one plant. It shriveled up and died.

And I was in my grow room twice a day, every day.

I've been wanting to try a good, long flowering sativa for awhile now. I grew a Nevil's Haze back in the early 2000s that I let flower for 120 days. It could have gone longer, but it had taken over my grow space. It grew like a vine. I had it tied down and looped around everything in the room haha...
If you are considering any ace seeds and you want a long flower, go for oldtimers haze (if you like haze). There is a new elite cut that combines thai with killer a5 haze called Thai A5 Haze.

I will just grow both and make seeds by making a Killer A5 Haze (fem) x Thai (male).

I've been keeping an eye on wellgrownseeds site for more Ace seeds. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and they said they would be restocking Ace seeds soon.

I covered the top of the plant when I pollinated the bottom so I should get a nice top and then plenty of seeds from the rest of the plant. I don't really do any training these days especially when I plan on using the plant for seeds. A short veg and into flower. No time for lengthy veg as I have so much stuff to get through. I'll have plenty of Malawi seed after this first run that started with a single pack of 5 seeds. The other female I kept and pollinated with a Highland Thai is full of seeds as well.

She is pretty

Anyone ran a tropical mix pack?

I haven't. I don't like the fact that they're just mixed together and not labeled. That's not desirable when doing reproduction runs of strains. It does look like a good option for people that want to grow a variety of spectacular sativa genetics without having to buy a bunch of different packs. The problem is that if they find something they really like they won't know what it was if they want to purchase more seeds.

Those are simply the floor seeds after harvest/dry/shucking. Can't put an honest label on them if they don't know which one it fell out of.

Floor seeds?

My seeds probably were bred under more strict conditions than 75% of the outfits out there.

Honest label? Name someone honest that's in it for the money.

Get back to me when you find someone.

Have a nice day and happy growing.

Here is my Killer A5 Haze at 27 days in to 12/12.

Where is the best place to order these? I looked at Ace seeds site and looks like they require a credit card with 3D secure or something like that. Not sure mine has that. Im in the US. Is there anywhere in the US that has these?
Thanks

ACE doesn't ship to the United States so you'll have to get them from somewhere else. Most US based places that carry ACE have a very limited choice or are often out of what they do carry. Your best bet is to get them from a UK based seed bank like Sensible Seeds or Attitude but even those are often out of stock with many strains. Seems like they're getting more popular because when I made a large purchase of ACE genetics everything was in stock. Too many people raving about them has inspired others to grow them I guess. Plus many are starting to do their own seed production and ACE genetics are an excellent starting point.

Mandala all day until Seedsman gets more stock. Have Guawi, Kali China, and Zamaldelica x Kali China on the way from there. 20% off right now. I just got an order a few months back and was happy so I returned.

Yeah, mandala for sure. Even Ace recommends them for US. Quote:
"Mandala Seeds is our recommended international official retailer that offers our complete range of ACE genetics and ships to US."

Ace has 50% off fem seeds, a5 killer haze, zamedelica, malawi x panama, malawi, golden tiger, golden tiger thai dominate 3rd version, super malawi haze. All are high thc.

Well that's good to know. I've never used Mandala just Sensible Seeds and Seedsman. I've never had an issue with either. Mandala seems to have a larger variety of offerings and the R&D strains as well. Plus they accept bitcoin. I had to close the browser window while looking as I was too tempted to place an order.

@xtsho U seem to have some good landrace experience. I'm just waiting on some Rasol Village, Moroccan Beldia and Aladdin's Kush from Khalifa. I only have 160cm tents at the moment (2x4x5, 2.3x2.3x5.5, and 3x3x5.5). Should I even consider attempting a Rasol Landrace with this setup or just run an alladin's skunk (stabilised skunk #1, 75/25 sativa) if looking for a good Sativa?

People just don't realize what cash cropping did to cannabis.
I bought Colombian Red off a fishing boat in the late 80s.
I know this, because I knew the guys running the boat very well.
No one in my town knew it was Colombian Red.
It was just the best weed available.
To the guys selling it, it was what they grew back home.
To the guys on the boat, it was that ol' Blue Smoke, and they knew there was a market. Offer the right price and you can have it.
But the people didn't know they were smoking a sativa landrace.
So when the hybrids showed up with the crystals and the fat nugs, they HAD to be better, right? Cost more and got you real high, real quick. No seeds to trifle with.
But something was lost.
What was lost however, is not very far away.
I think it's serendipity that the recreational market has no use for a plant with a 16 week photoperiod.
As a decades long smoker, I cannot imagine why someone who grows cannabis would not grow a 100% sativa plant for themselves and closest.
Further, I question your sincerity if you have not already chosen which continent your chosen preference comes from.
;)
