Sorry about that last post. I had no idea you didn't live in reality.

Seems I do, note how I worded what I did. Those who entertain possibilities and opt for certainty only in the rarest of occasions are the ones most apt to be lving in "reality".

I can't believe you made this statement.

If a company feels that the government puts and undue burden on their ability to make a profit, you feel the business should go belly up to comply?

Where the hell did you come up with that logic?

Are you saying the 10th amendment doesn't apply here, if so, I belive the SCOTUS disagrees with you Canndo.

So who's fault was the BP oil spill? government? E-coli deaths? Government?

Because it hasn't happened yet. Learn to read.

  • The extended medicaid is only partially funded by the Fed for a few years, then the states must pick up the entire tab for the vastly increased costs.

I am quite capable of reading - madates can and most often do, become law long before they go into effect. When I say I don't recall that mandate it is because I don't recall the LAW that states it will happen. Got a reference?

It's there. Remember the Supremes said the federal government couldn't force states to spend money for a federal program. That's why some states can still refuse the expanded medicaid.

Where does it say that the states will have to foot the entire bill?

She voted for The One, now she should bend over and take it like a man. Not commit tax fraud.

A mistake of faulty and erroneous capitalism. The only force the American government is worried about is the will of their own people, or bad P.R.

You're confused, my boy. Capitalism doesn't deal with people, that's socialism. Socialists just found the capitalist tool. Just because you own a hammer, doesn't mean you built that.

lack of safety caused the BP leak, lack of safety caused the e-coli breakouts. The bottom dollar is not interested in safety concerns until it is too late. Canna, my boy, I am not talking about socialism. Bad Public Relations will expose the corruption in gov that plagues this American system. Until the mass media uses common sense instead of propaganda, we are a lost nation, socialist, OR capitalist.

Obama propaganda; "If you are happy with your current health insurance plan, you get to keep your insurance plan and your rates won't go up". Oh this is cute..

Lie One: No one will be compelled to buy coverage.
Lie Two: No new taxes on employer benefits.
Lie Three: Government can control rising health care costs better than the private sector.
Lie Four: A public plan won’t be a Trojan horse for a single-payer monopoly.
Lie Five: Patients don’t have to fear rationing.

The only way for socialism to work in America is to increase importation taxes on all goods, except food, and bring American jobs to their customers, other Americans. Socialism will not work if 60% of the workforce is not employed or on part-time hours. Big businesses will leave because it is cheaper to build goods outside of this nation, rather than, locally. Socialism does nothing to address the main concern of exportation of American jobs. 7 years in office and that idiot could not bring jobs back to this country, still, 90% of our "SHIT" is made in another country and imported. This makes me sick..

My point is capitalism isn't faulty or erroneus. The problem lies in people. You can't blame the tool, but instead it's the wielders who exercise the influence, socialism.

You try to marginalize every source you disagree with, why don't you make a short list of some nonpartisan sources you'll except.
Or would that defeat your purpose?

ya, fug that /3itch.. shit was from 2009 anyway. but... this is what I got when I Googled her quotes:

Obama admin. knew millions could not keep their health insurance.

A new Additional Medicare Tax goes into effect starting in 2013. The 0.9 percent Additional Medicare Tax applies to an individual’s wages, Railroad Retirement Tax Act compensation, and self-employment income that exceeds a threshold amount based on the individual’s filing status.

Fullerton resident Jennifer Harris thought she had a great deal, paying $98 a month for an individual plan through Health Net Inc. She got a rude surprise this month when the company said it would cancel her policy at the end of this year. Her current plan does not conform with the new federal rules, which require more generous levels of coverage.
Now Harris, a self-employed lawyer, must shop for replacement insurance. The cheapest plan she has found will cost her $238 a month. She and her husband don't qualify for federal premium subsidies because they earn too much money, about $80,000 a year combined.

While grilling Cheryl Campbell of CGI Federal—the key contractor responsible for building the Healthcare.gov website—Barton bellowed, “How in the world can this website be HIPAA-compliant when HIPAA is designed to protect the patient’s privacy?”
Barton continued to hammer the woman–who probably doesn’t know a HIPAA from a hippo—adding, “You know it’s not HIPAA-compliant; admit it. You’re under oath. Your company is the company that put this together. We’re telling every American … that you sign up for this or even attempt to, you have no expectation of privacy. That is a direct contradiction of HIPAA and you know it.”

Obamacare Rationing: Man With Leukemia Loses His Health Insurance

Leading pro-life groups warned from the beginning that Obamacare would lead to rationing — whether it be through “death panels,” or a reduction in care for elderly or terminally ill patients, or higher costs for patients. Now, one man with leukemia is losing his health insurance entirely.

Moreover, his doctor may cost him as much as $26,000 to see — a sum of money this middle class man just can’t afford. President Barack Obama said Americans could keep their health insurance if they wanted to under Obamacare, but it appears that may not be the case.

These are some enlightening forms of negative response to Obama Care. Personally, I disagree with anything which forces more rules and regulations on people. Most of these idiots, a.k.a. people, have a simple High school qualification and can't think their way into road safety from Red Asphalt.. Btw, I saw some dead fuckers on a state road the other day. The idiots hit a semi-truck head-on, at 70+ mph. They were trying to pass on a double-yellow divider with "safe and orderly" conduct. Brains, guts, bones, all kinds of shit.. We called the ToD and turned the air-lift helicopter around. We actually saw it.. An ambulance 50ft away and nothing but spaghetti.

See.. I get cynical at stupid people, as many of you.
