examples:

~ 40 years old, $45k income, lives alone, smokes cigs, no kids = $330 per month, no rebate from the Gov.

~ 40 years old, $45k income, lives alone, NO cigs, no kids = $300 per month, no rebate from the Gov.

~ 53 years old, $75k income, lives alone, NO cigs, no kids = $500 per month, no rebate.

~ 63 years old, $45k income, lives alone, NO cigs, no kids in house = $750 per month, $400 rebate.

~ 45 and 40 year old, $75k income, married, smokes cigs (both), no kids = $700 per month, no rebate.

~ 45 and 40 year old, $75k income, married, NO cigs (both), no kids = $700 per month, no rebate. (same as smoker)

~ 28 and 28 year old, $45k income, married, NO cigs (both), 1 child under 20 years = $730 per month, $400 rebate.

Wow... this is expensive! It is also going to be mandatory to purchase health coverage or you will face increasing fines. How many people will choose to take the fine and NOT purchase health coverage. In America, there are 48million uninsured people, I know some are out there...

If you are employed how much does your employer pay for your health insurance?

Does it seem expensive now?

This annual survey of employers provides a detailed look at trends in employer-sponsored health coverage, including premiums, employee contributions, cost-sharing provisions, and other relevant information. The 2013 survey included almost three thousand interviews with non-federal public and private firms.
Annual premiums for employer-sponsored family health coverage reached $16,351 this year, up 4 percent from last year, with workers on average paying $4,565 towards the cost of their coverage, according to the Kaiser Family Foundation/Health Research & Educational Trust (HRET) 2013 Employer Health Benefits Survey

There are many families who try to make ends meet at less than 28 hours per week.. Your ObamaCare is putting half of the work force on limited hours worked in order to avoid mandatory health coverage to it`s employees.

This ObamaCare is making a 28yo man and woman who work as waiters for 28 hours per week, pay a massive and mandatory health insurance plan when their jobs will not offer them.

What I have been wondering since I have seen the numbers for dropped from Insurance last week, plus other indications means there may be an extra 1M people without insurance today. So, this was for 3M and now it is perhaps 4M. A 1/3 increase perhaps. Can that be real. Yes, but I can be fixed, when the exchanged is fixed according to what the meaning of is fixed, is.

They are saying as many as 6M will just pay the tiny penalty while I go from $300 - $500 a month without complaint. No kids, no debt, flush, etc. Oh well, I can do my part as usual in the long suffering middle class.

http://news.investors.com/ibd-editorials-viewpoint/093013-673120-obamacare-may-actually-boost-number-of-uninsured.htm
Could ObamaCare, the goal of which was universal health coverage, actually increase the number of uninsured? If it does, the blame will fall almost entirely on provisions in the law, not Republican opposition to it.

The health insurance mandate was supposed to force the uninsured, especially the young and healthy, to get coverage. And the employer mandate, which the president has postponed for one year, was supposed to keep employers from dropping coverage.

But the penalty on individuals is much less than the cost of coverage: the greater of $95 or 1% of income in 2014, rising to $695 or 2.5% of income by 2016.

That plan sucks ass.

If you don't have to pay a penny for it does that mean no one has to pay for it? The doctors, hospitals, drug companies do it on a gratis basis for you because of your specialness or something?

this plan is typical of what a good employer would offer..80/20..$1750 deductible and 5000 out of pocket..sames limits, same exact coverage at my cushy, six-figure employer..as for my not paying for it..i had to lie..sorry..i really am qualified for medicaid but our state will not accept the expansion..so i had to show income that doesn't exist to get the government to subsidize..student loans are not income.

EDIT: bitterness make you look old, NoDrama.

the $5 generic co-pay, $5 doctor visit $1750 deductible or $5000 out of pocket?
The deductibles and out of pocket. The copays seem quite generous.

You act like every body that works has health care through there work place...Lets talk about the ones that don't.. And lets talk about the young people that don't have mommy and daddy Ins until they are 26 years old...These's are the people that have to sign up, and so far they are not doing it..And no matter how good the deal is they simply don't have the money...IMO..

The Dem's have lost all common sense...The people that have Ins are the people that have the money or everybody would of had health care all ready....So someone needs to get the SUCKERS TO PAY UP....It will be funny next november when the Dems come up for reelection....

Probably because (like the Dems/Libs Agenda) - the end justifies the means. It's Ok for the Obama Admin. to lie to get their agenda's passed so why is not ok for the mandated to lie to get it! - Whats good for the goose is good for the gander. It's the new Socialist, Mindless, Immoral America, - Party On Morons! - It's all about control - wake up and smell the reefer for crying out loud.
