    Rockwool needs to soak in ~5.5 water then be FLUSHED with fresh 5.5 to 5.8 water with or without a little bit of nutes in it. If not flushed the calcium carbonate from the limestone in it will screw up the PH which usually leads to a phosphorus deficiency in the plants due to a lockout scenario...

    Yield by Room Size

    2 - 12' x 12' (actual grow area) bud rooms...4000 watts in each....average close to 5 lbs/month with rooms offset by 3 to 4 weeks..with a separate room for mothers,clones and vegging table to get them ready for the bud rooms. Strain is a 6 week strain.

    Cooling my lights need advice.

    I would go 6" if it was me. I cool 8x 1000w lights with 2-6" inline fans, 1 pushing and 1 pulling and it is just barely adequate until summer heat arrives. You are always better off with extra cfm's so you can turn them down a little to lower sound
