Rockwool and rotor rooter combination?

after soaking the rockwool (in 5.6 ph'd water for probably 3-4 hours) then placing seeds in to the rooter after being soaked (the seeds) in water for a while, is it ok to just put the rooter into the rockwool? this an ok combination?? Using a dome and heat pad. have two fans in there under a 4 tube 54 watt T5 HO and spray bottle with ventilation and having the humidity and temp being watched carefully. I plan on checking at least 3 times a day to make sure the RR wont be dried out but i have a feeling it will take a lot longer with the RW. Should I flood a thin layer in the tray a little bit with 5.6 ph water. once big enough will be transferring to an ebb and flow system with clay pebbles. Any thoughts or suggestions?

oh and my dome does have two slots at the top for air ventilation that can be opened and closed at any time, have a thermometer in the room and in the dome as well.

Much appreciated everyone, haven't really seen anyone do this wondering if it works well.

What is the rotor rooter???
If I was you I would germinate the seeds in paper towel then transplant to a 1.5" rockwool cube.....then insert it into a 4" cube once there are roots and sit the 4" cube on the hydroton in your ebb and flo table.
I do exactly this system but with clones instead of seeds. Works well

Do you mean a rapid rooter? Like, a little brown plug made of treebark?

And to answer your question: I have no idea. Rapid rooters are sweet but I hate rockwool.
