OP a female plant never pollinated is a good thing.. sensimilla, without seeds. The hair you're referring to are pistils. They start out white, as the flowers mature the pistils turn brown, red, gold, etc. Was your plant female? Did you see white hairy looking bud sites?

here's a crazy but fine little mainline. the indica pheno prevailed in this mostly sativa that stayed short and finished early. Check out her sister now enjoying 1100 ppfd to herself with at least two weeks to go..

OP here's a halved mainline with fan leaves and big sugar leaves removed. On those I go for what opens up space between stalks, ones I can snip without disturbing the buds. Best to open up spaces between the stalks, if anything a good general focus. From here I'll pluck each bud while trimming...

Good info thanks, yeah it's probably not easy to flush it from perlite. Not a big deal but I'd rather have pure. I just found a big bag no ferts, way too much but hey I'll be set. thanks..

I'm switching to coco and may have to settle for Miracle Grow perlite which has a chemical nutrient charge. Think I can remove nutrients by flushing and letting dry before mixing?

Hi OP, did you already buy the T5 array? If not LED is a great choice, better light penetration, higher yields, etc. These are very decent Chinese units. 2ea in your tent would do nicely. You would need an exhaust fan through.

OP what happened to the lower older leaf? And the one up top with the manilla colored dead area?

I downloaded pics to see better, okay not overwatering. A boron deficiency is rare but can happen with underwateing, which can lead to twisted leaves. On growth tips becoming colas, I meant you can help them by insuring they get air and light, they'll push up from there. Or you can snip...

I see what you're suggesting but no, it'd be whacked. You're growth tips are too staggered to get close to building an even manifold. Budzbudha made the best suggestion, best to focus on the growth tips tgat will receive the most light during flower.
