I just broke down a White Rhino plant , and there are no red hairs to be seen in the bud....She is a female that apparently was never pollinized...Do the red hairs indicate that a seed has been pollinated there, or what?

OP a female plant never pollinated is a good thing.. sensimilla, without seeds.
The hair you're referring to are pistils. They start out white, as the flowers mature the pistils turn brown, red, gold, etc. Was your plant female? Did you see white hairy looking bud sites?
Yes, it was female and there were white hairs...Maybe I pulled a little early, but my camouflage was without leaves following the last frost and it could be seen by my redneck neighbors...It's plenty strong anyway, so I will not fret about it...Just the shake is tearing me down....Thanks for the comments!...Have a great one, guys!
