In a word, no. Go here and see for yourself. The best time to plant would be toward the end of May. You need more than 13 hours per day to veg and that won't occur naturally until then. By the way, autoflowering strains are best grown indoors when you're able to give them 18 hours per day...

No, I'm saying that perhaps the benefit of using 24 hours of light isn't quite worth the cost of running your light(s) an extra 6 hours each day, plus it gives the plants a break from the heat for a while. I would use 24 hours for rooting clones, but that's about it.

Regarding lights, get them for veg, not bloom/flower. You could veg out some plants now indoors(not enough daylight hours outside) and then put them outside when they're ready to flower. You don't need a killer light either. A basic $120 400W MH lamp from HTG will do just fine.
