can i use molasses and or floronectar during flush +rep given

im starting my flush now and wondered if i can use mollases and floronectar during this time the floronectar is 0-0-1
 
i googled it and its the same or better,id just stick with the nector

molasses is not good for hydroponic systems it gets every thing sticky and foamy
