Yea daytime hotter. You are getting humidity spikes after lights out... You want to get this under control or you will have to lower your overall humidity to compensate. You could try lowering the temps slower at night. nice and even so far

    led making stems turn red

Generally LED does not provide IR that warms the leafs that HID lighting does. It's the leafs temps that should be of concern and not so much the ambient air temps the leaf temps can vary from about 2F to 10F cooler than the air temps dependant on the amount of IR provided by the lights, forced...

Pics taken right before lights out or lights on? Leaves look a tad heavy/swollen but could be from time of day. What the humidity looking like day/night? Did you calculate the vpd with the changes? Looks like you could lower it a bit now.

    Clones and light wattage

I do my clones under a 20watt about 12-16" above. Like was said they need very little light until they are rooted.

Ah I know why the chlorine reacts with the nitrogen and is destroyed I think it then forms chlorine gas? I can't fully remember. Chlorine reacts with organic nitrogen This explains why it is needed so often to keep a sterile res. I run live so never really looked into it

If your nutes contain ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate also known as vitamin C it neutralizes chlorine.

Where are you getting your feed info from? Are you following directions? I have never used GH but your having nutrient issues. I would guess because your not following the directions so your ratios are all out. Use the ratios as per directions then dilute it to get the ppm you want. Go by the...

    Cheap water cooler

If your running sterile there is not much if a benefit to a chiller unless your temps are to high. The whole point of a chiller is to slow the bacterial reproduction rates. I mean it's a small added safety precaution in sterile but if you are truely running a sterile system that you keep on top...

Yeah 18k is good for this stage. I would reduce your ppm a bit. With RO and led you should be adding cal mag about 100-150 ppm then about 200ppm nutes so total about 350 ppm. Can always bump it up easily but burnt plants don't repair damaged leaves

New growth is always a bit lighter I would not worry that's normal. Try to have night temps 10F cooler that will help it stretch out a bit. Don't over feed that plant is young and won't need much. If your in a soil mix that has nutes you will need none. If your in something that does not...

You will see what I mean by the difference when using leaf temps in the calculation. Your RH will be lower than you think when using these charts blind. That's why people have trouble and say VPD doesn't work. It doesn't work if you don't use it right... Just like most things

This is a calculator that works well and a good article on VPD for your own personal knowledge. https://www.questclimate.com/vapor-pressure-deficit-indoor-growing-part-3-different-stages-vpd/
