Almost all meters have an auto temp adjustment. I would make sure you have meters that calibratable and the calibration solutions. Humidity is definitely an issue but there may be more. Once you get the humidity in check then you can rule that out.

Don't over feed and just taper off at the end. Flushing might be useful in soil but no need to do it in hydro.
