Im with kinetic on this....co2 works great in areas with little or no ventilation. If venting out is not an option u, u can easily supplement co2 for great results. This is how it's done in a totally sealed grown room.

I'm with Slipon...go with mold resistant strains in areas of high humidity. U can also use a mix containing 1/2 part organic milk to 4 parts water or baking soda in water to reduce/eliminate mold on more susceptible strains when ur dead set on a more challenging task. I prefer low maintenance...

I have used 24 watt t5 6500k flourescents x 2' and they worked great...I prefer them over cfls. Two feet away is a lil much but u are better off starting them slightly further away as oppose to too close. Just move the lights closer as they shoot up or they will stretch and that will suck...
