Agreed with both of the above posts. Since you have a tap root, they should be growing so give it more time. How wet was your medium if it still hasn't dried yet? I use root cubes for my seedlings and the idea is to keep them moist, not soaking wet.

I never use a humidity dome to be honest with you. I germ my seeds and then transfer over to a root cube and place under a CFL in open air. It sounds like your humidity is really high, so I would make sure to clean the dome almost daily if you are going to keep using it.

I generally wait 3 weeks from germ to start feeding and then I will use a 1/4 of the amount of the recommended feeding. Then with each feeding add more until you are up to full strength. Good luck.
