Sometimes that will happen with seeds. Make sure that you plant them with all the tap roots pointing down. When you water, the tap roots will seek the water and grow down. It's not really a big deal. Congratulations on an 80% germination success rate. Good luck with the grow.

You should see the roots sticking out of the bottom of the Jiffy Pots, depending how big the Jiffy Pots are. I would just transplant them if you feel they are ready and they look like they need better nutrients from your soil. What kind of soil will you be using?

You are really cutting it close my friend. It looks like you are about 2-3 weeks into flowering. It will continue to fatten up, but if it gets below 55F your growth will stop.

I'm not sure what you did, but growing in Jiffy pots is actually fine for growing seedlings. But to get to your point, it sounds like they are ready for transplant. I generally transplant about this time in the seedling growth, but make sure the roots are nice and healthy before you transplant.

Your set-up looks really nice. Some strains will not turn amber, so if the majority of trichs are cloudy (<50%) then it's ready to harvest. Good luck and nice job.
