Annorexic looking plant..

I have about a 4 week old plant that i feel is not produceing enough leaves. it i about 8inches but only has about 2 nodes w/ 2nodes each about 1" each
my set up is not the best but its what im working with atm..
65 watt plant light
crushed eggshells for nutes
good soil

I am open to advice and if you include light/nutes in your reply please list store and price!

crushed eggshells provide Ca. what about N, P, K, Mg, S..........? get some fertilizer

It sounds like you have a real lighting problem. 65w is not going to produce very much. I would recommend at least a 250w for one plant. What is your budget?

I need some more info to help you out, brother. What are the dimensions of your grow space and do you plan on expanding your grow in the future to include more plants?

As far as nutrients go, I have had great success with the FoxFarm line of nutes. FoxFarm Trio & FoxFarm 2nd Trio

Without any info on your grow space, I would recommend going with a 400w system to start with, which will give you enough light to expand your grow if you chose. I would chose this 400w Light. It includes a digital ballast which will lower your electrical costs over a magnetic ballast and give off much less heat. The reflector could be better, but you can always upgrade that if you so chose.

MidnightJoekr, that is a 200 dollar light...can you halep me find one for around 50$? my grow space is closet with white walls. its highly reflective so im guessing a 200-250 what would suffice.

Whats "good soil"? Get General Organic go pack for nutes. Check Ebay for photography lights of the right spectrum and size. 4 for abour $25.
