When to start giving ferts?

So I was wondering when the earliest time to start giving ferts is? I have this oxygen plus stuff that is 1-1-1 and I was wondering when I could start using that? I burnt my girls last grow on the first feed of high N and i want to make sure I ease the plant into feeding instead of not feeding it for a month then I gave it a full feed. That wasn't very smart but hey..I already learned something! Thanks ladies and gents.

I generally wait 3 weeks from germ to start feeding and then I will use a 1/4 of the amount of the recommended feeding. Then with each feeding add more until you are up to full strength. Good luck.
