Way too many plants in one pot, and if it is a Chandelier - does it have drainage at all? No information about lights, didn't plan on being a grower - unlikely to be providing adequate lighting. Possibly located in Northern Hemisphere - Winter, not good for unequipped growing. "all 8 die"...
