Unless you NEED to use a PC case for ultra stealth reasons, I would suggest using something a bit bigger. PC cases add extra problems to a grow due to severe limits on space.

If the seed is truely a feminised seed then 0% , but occasionally seed banks/breeders screw up and send out regular seeds when you buy feminised seeds.

I think that they messed up your seeds as they don't look hermie, they look male. The growth pattern, where the growth point seems to shoot forward is definitely a male trait. Females tend to grow differently. The second photo looks like it has male flowers at the base of the node where...

No, you don't throw away perfectly good smokable weed. It won't be as good as seed free buds but there will be plenty of good smoke from the plant, just collect the seeds and toss them outdoors somewhere - free weed for someone. Brick weed is full of seeds but people still smoke it.
