    Flowering with Cree bulbs

You can take the bulb cover off, it should increase performance, not reduce it. https://www.rollitup.org/led-other-lighting/626538-multichip-led-remote-phosphor-guess-23.html#post9449385 Supposedly you can take the glass dome off without adding heat? You might wanna look into that.

    Feelling happy !! G8 900w + 90w all red, white siberian, sour diesel !

I'm not sure, but it looks like a Potassium deficiency to me, usually burn starts at the tips, ime. If it's Potassium a good source for this is Green Sand. Can be bought off eBay? If it's Magnesium (less likely, imo, on second glance) then the Epsom Salt should be good. Azomite is Calcium and...

    Feelling happy !! G8 900w + 90w all red, white siberian, sour diesel !

Looks like either Magnesium or Potassium deficiency to me, not heat stress. 86-90 isn't dangerously high, imo, although if the problem gets any worse you probably should be wary of mold/rot. A little Azomite and Epsom Salt could clear it up. A little should go a long way.

    Bridgelux Vero 29 LED Test

"Décor configurations are not available for Vero 29." Damn, that spectrum looks smexy... Anyway, cool shit Pico. Thanks for this.

Multichip LED, Remote Phosphor - Guess who it is.

No harm, no foul. If I had NOT known about the workings of AC units you'd have been a Godsend. As for the Cree mod, thanks! I tried to remove the glass with no heat but wasn't that lucky, I guess. I wouldn't doubt that it can be done, however. Perhaps there's a technique? Pretty sure I was...

Multichip LED, Remote Phosphor - Guess who it is.

Hey, no offense taken. Since you're on your phone I'm not sure if you can see, but the intakes for the condensing coil are NOT covered up. The top intake is 100% uninhibited and the two side intakes have 1-2" before there's a wall or tent constricting airflow. This should be enough, imo. Let me...

Multichip LED, Remote Phosphor - Guess who it is.

Idk why I don't take pictures while in the process, I just get in the zone and go too fast. BUT, I can explain the process and give you tips on disassembling a 9.5W Cree bulb if you're interested. I plan to mount the metal core PCB onto an Aluminum heat sink and using this in my veg tent. So...

Thanks, Chron. I'm liking it for the moment, too. The Chiesel was just sitting in veg not going anywhere because I wasn't feeding her so I kicked her into flower and began feeding her some early bloom nutes to force myself to finish this project. I think she's about 2 weeks into flower right...

LEDs Stripping Back the BS. Vegging 6 Clones under 22 Watts

Why you calling me out, man?! xD I came in and said that, then saw there was a whole next page where you and Chron pretty much addressed the issue so I felt douchey and deleted it. Meh. As you were, gentlemen.

Yeah, I've been getting emails from a company named "Brilloop" with LED tubes like yours, LED tubes in circles reminiscent of some induction bulbs, flat panels like what you mentioned, and the list goes on and on. Nothing has incredibly piqued my interest, but then again, I'm not in the market...

Multichip LED, Remote Phosphor - Guess who it is.

Agreed. Multichips are more for the HPS-oriented, single light source, or overlapping point source growers. It will be harder to achieve even light distribution over any grow space, imho. I have supplemental panels to somewhat compensate for this and also illuminate lower branches, but for my...

Multichip LED, Remote Phosphor - Guess who it is.

Hey, thanks. Your LED tubes are looking pretty good. I've been in your thread, but I jump around in it and check out the pics mostly, read descriptions of things that especially catch my eye. So those look like flex line's of 5050 SMD LED's inside a heat sink/shroud with electronics on board...

Multichip LED, Remote Phosphor - Guess who it is.

Ack. Been out of the game for a little while now. Idk, it hasn't even been for a good reason, just laziness, I suppose. Anyway, you were right Chron. Check it out. Finished her up yesterday. RP Spotlight Get's hot at the center. Thinking an IR thermometer might be a sound purchase...

    8 watt LED bulb

I wouldn't use that. I'd get a 30W-50W Warm White LED flood light, preferably with Cree chips, possibly with a couple ~645nm's mixed in there if possible. GL.

    This one's alright, imo: http://www.1023world.net/diy/spectra/

Yes, definitely a little of over watering a while back, and like I had anticipated some over N. I mixed up a batch of super soil and Kid had shown some signs of over N so I figured once Chiesel got transplanted I'd similar symptoms. She's clearing up well, but there's still some leaves with bent...

Yeah, I've actually thought about asking some of those eBay sellers what they'd charge for a custom spectrum Cree 30W-60W. You see the Blue/Red combo's, but never WW/Red, or whatever. Thanks for stepping up to the plate on that one. Honestly, if you got a bunch I'd be down for at least one of...

Multichip LED, Remote Phosphor - Guess who it is.

Hey, thanks! Good to be back. Guess I gotta spread rep around before I give you more. :/ I haven't done anything yet about the RP lens, the spot light is off right now, I've just got the supp panels on right now. I never run all the lights at the same time cause of heat (still no AC) so it's...

Multichip LED, Remote Phosphor - Guess who it is.

Just got back! I have a new sister in law, and she's awesome! But she has no idea what's in my closet, so I'll stop there and get to the goods. Not too bad. She was really thirsty when I got home, I wasn't able to get the DriWater deep enough into the root structure -by any stretch- I...

Ack, been out of town for a while now. This is the first time I've run through the forums looking for threads to post in. :3 I have a custom spectrum COB from VanQ. Nothing to complain about here, my largest issue has been heat issues on the RP lens (which has nothing to do with VanQ) which...
