we never get complaints about heating because we turn on the heating systems and make sure they work. you should try itYeah, eviction records are like winning the lottery when you know they are trouble. But I’m taking people from homeless shelters etc for the low income properties. If I don’t accept them they spent another New England winter in shelters. It means more stuff like frivolous complaints etc. But it’s also why I laugh at what’s his name up there talking shit with no knowledge. I also have high end buildings with million dollar units, those people don’t call the city, if they have a problem they call me. I don’t know which is the bigger headache to be honest. Either way, it’s just part of business. Heating season has started which means more complaints. Luckily for me, I have taken a step back from the day to day and within a year I’ll be retired. They only bother me with the bigger problems now.
Real businesses do maintenance to prevent failures. Even in SoCal, you can't let the heat go out and for what? Delayed maintenance doesn't save you money, its a deferred cost and often costs more once the system fails. What you describe is why I hate landlords. .Yeah, eviction records are like winning the lottery when you know they are trouble. It's that mercedes-at-walmart douchebag mentality.Real businesses do maintenance to prevent failures. Even in SoCal, you can't let the heat go out and for what? Toss in mindless cruelty with douchebag mentality and that right there is a landlord. It's that mercedes-at-walmart douchebag mentality.
Obviously, everything is on scheduled maintenance and boilers are serviced regularly. We usually have problems right after they get serviced in fact. But again, old buildings with small budgets, welcome to the world of rural development. What I describe is reality that people like you don’t understand and blame landlords for.Real businesses do maintenance to prevent failures. Even in SoCal, you can't let the heat go out and for what? If I had only thought of that.we never get complaints about heating because we turn on the heating systems and make sure they work. you should try it
Cruelty? Lol, you boys are funny. Heat goes out we call the contractor. Normally they can get it repaired quickly, sometimes not. In rare cases we have to supply electric heaters for a day or 2 and comp the electric bill. What’s cruel about that? You sound a lot like some of my tenants. They pay anywhere from zero to a few hundred bucks in rent and yet expect instant service for anything like they are living in the ritz. Again, entitled people.Toss in mindless cruelty with douchebag mentality and that right there is a landlord.
Yea that definitely wasn’t me. I’ll wait here while you pull the full quote instead of taking it out of contextHow cute. A sensitive nazi.
Weren’t you the one who said “white people are harder working and more capable”? Did you think we would forget that?
you started a business, which is always inherently risky, and yet you expect to get paid, no matter what, even during a pandemic when people are staying home to protect their own health and the health of others.Again, entitled people.
Keep waiting, I don’t intend to read that pile of shit again. Nothing was takeout of context.Yea that definitely wasn’t me. I’ll wait here while you pull the full quote instead of taking it out of context
Imagine that, people expecting to get paid for their work, crazy right? I have 8 million in loans, if the banks expect to get paid I expect to get paid. Besides, other than a few months at the beginning I have been paid, thanks to the rental relieve paid by your taxes, thanks bitch.you started a business, which is always inherently risky, and yet you expect to get paid, no matter what, even during a pandemic when people are staying home to protect their own health and the health of others.
look in the mirror you entitled bitch
Businesses fail all the time, especially when losers like you start them. Dont feel bad. You are not entitled to anything.Imagine that, people expecting to get paid for their work, crazy right? Your funniest post was when you complained about no one respecting you. As if youre entitled to respect tooLol, if this is failing then I don’t ever want to succeed. But thanks for the grammar check, I appreciate it. Want a job checking my posts? Got plenty of money left over from the PPP and looking to add a bitch to my staff.
