But there are two things thing that Israel does that I think are great ideas. You can't be a Jew unless all four of your grandparents were Jews. And they built a really tall fence around their state.

Not that I am aware of. But you claim to be in the business, which I have doubts about because you don't seem to know about the laws. I think it took that lady about a week to get her oven repaired (which was quick, ovens and fridges were months in the waiting at the time). She had to survive with just her microwave and stove-top for a week or 2. Maybe somebody could make a documentary on it. "White trash who doesn't pay her rent suffered without a working stove for 2 weeks." Some bleeding hearts would love to see it I am sure.

Yes, you and other simple minded people think everything happens at the snap of a finger. It’s called entitlement and many suffer from it. If I couldn’t get my own fridge within a month of ordering what makes you think a tenant would? But actually because of that we now keep 3 extra fridges and a few ovens per property. Up till covid it was a same day thing and had been forever.
