Jack and Garland are at the point where if they don't indict Trump over the documents and obstruction, they will need to explain why in great detail to the public. That is the low hanging fruit and one Trump cannot escape from and those convictions will put him away for life. Where they put him is up to the department of prisons and will be interesting in it's own right. Once the ice is broken with a trial and conviction the hits will keep coming, to a point, at least federally, state crimes and civil suits are another matter. I figure the DOJ will tag him for the secret docs, obstruction and some J6 indictments along with his cronies and ignore all his other crimes since he has but one old carcass to imprison.

The heaviest penalties will be for planning, not the level of violence and these people were planners and primary actors with connections to Trumpworld. There are several kinds of conspiracy Trump and his cronies can be charged with and most are easier to prove and carry enough time. Like I said, by the time the J6 stuff gets to trial Donald the kingpin will be long gone over the documents. That should cause some shock and awe among the magats, as Donald's mystic of invulnerability is not just punctured, but exploded and with it goes their's.

Grand Juries are head and shoulders above a regular jury. They're people who have demonstrated IQ and they serve for a period of time almost in professional sense.

There is no way that they will not recommend indictment.

He'll be jailed and Jack can continue his case at his leisure. Trump will be charged for those Top Secret docs and Jack will know where to reach him- Fulton County Jail.

They might want to kill the future "Elvis resurrection" conspiracy theories, same basic bunch so I'm sure someone will pull something out of their asshole for them to chew on and eat up. There will be Donald sightings and impersonators, Elvis 2, while Donald goes mad in the crowbar hotel. Maybe his kids will take the "Free Donald"(Free Willy) show on the road and cash in on the persecution and crucifixion of cheeto Jesus, milking the suckers one last time. Maybe they can make a roboDonald who will stand on the stage spewing his greatest hits with wires hanging out of his asshole. The AI would be easy, not much processing power or memory would be required to simulate Trump, he has a limited response range.

There is one more point to make about Trump's many crimes, after he is a convicted felon. They might want to get others who were part of other corrupt schemes with Trump and could indict him as part of a conspiracy with others, but maybe not, Cohen was indicted, but Trump and others skipped out over the Stormy Daniels case. That case it appears is now being brought against Trump by NY state. They are going after Bannon too on the same crimes Trump pardoned him for. 2023 and 2024 appear to be years of reckoning for many in the GOP and somewhat entertaining for the rest of us.

I find your "daily outrage" to be somewhat amusing, though I share your sentiments. Reactions to this absurdity should run the spectrum from outrage to bemusement, sometimes ya can either laugh or cry and with Trump it was sometimes both together. He is a crazy combination of clown and murder, dangerous, but also so fucking stupid as to make one laugh into tears at times. If he had a brain he'd be a lot more dangerous, being a moron made damn him near lethal to America. Let's just say Donald evokes strong emotions in most people and many a gentle soul would strangle the fucker without blinking! :lol:

Oh Jesus Christ! He literally said the same one item over and over again for 18 minutes and I gleaned nothing other than the DA doesn't want the report released in fairness to future defendants.

People complaining about the pace of this investigation have been saying the same damn thing for almost THREE YEARS. If I can take that surely you could stand 18 minutes. It's like a parent embarking on a cross country trip and the kids start asking when will we get there before leaving the driveway. I wish the kids could have been entertained with a movie or something.

Just saying it once doesn't work. Maybe the 18th iteration was too many but still, I'm glad you got his main point. This is a matter of justice, not a TV drama. She will not release the report until she has had time to read, understand and plan her next actions. Once its released, the peanut gallery will act up.

this isn't a car trip, it's the future of our entire country. it's been THREE YEARS...I'd REALLY like to see some progress after THREE YEARS.

Politics and public perception must be accounted for. Independents must slowly slip into the cold swamp to avoid shock and disbelief.

Be they cowards or craftsmen, we will know after 2024's election. When viewed through the cynical lens of politics, the timing is lining up.
