was pleased with how they came out. Got two hours of driving tomorrow just to pick up a bag more wraps. I love taking dirt cheap import noodles, adding a good quality wonton or su mai, and coming up with something not bad at all

Making them myself means about 100 of them for about £12, or i could buy them ready made for £6 for 15, so might as well have the fun of making them myself

Will have plenty left over for soups
While i learnt a whole lot as a sous chef, this is the kinda direction i want to head down

Chinese food is to die for!
