What If ObamaCare is Found Constitutional

If you don't believe me regarding the doctor issue, that's fine, but it doesn't mean you're correct. It just further proves my point that you don't know any doctors personally.

The doctor in my family continually has taken net-losses on people who just walk into his facility, of whom he cannot decline to service them. Believe it or not, this is what happens. Is it hard to believe that the same immorality is happening to the doctors as it is the patients?

I'm not seeking to justify anything.... In fact the only thing is seek is pummeling with those who justify immorality with immorality. Unfortunately those who think that justifying immorality with immorality, can't or refuse to logically view both sides of the fence in regards to most views.
Do you not understand the bill? Everyone will be insured. All patients will be profitable to treat now, good for doctors, good for patients. This will create jobs too, as America needs more docs. Insurance companies will have a bonanza. Less people will die from preventable causes.

not paying the fine carries no criminal or civil penalties. no jail, no garnishing of wages, nothing.
This sounds like bullshit to me,
How do you know that being uninsured will carry no penalty?
I don't believe this is true, also how do you know that after it is passed and people get fined for not choosing to purchase insurance and choose not to pay their fines that they wont decide to enact penalties to encourage people to pay their fines or buy insurance?
I think the truth is that you don't know what will happen to those who are uninsured and fined and don't pay the fines, either that or you do know but are facetiously claiming their will be no reprocussions while knowing the penalty will be execution by drone strike.

How could anybody know anything about The Obamacare given the volumes of pages. It's a cluster phuck written in a back room by insurance lobbyists and 0bama and the rest of the liberal losers jammed it in every ones arse. You don't see Obamacare being brought up in any liberal campaigns....

As a huge fan of unfettered capitalism it sounds like I need to open a Drone factory.

Yeah when I first heard about how big it was I was wondering if they decided to revise the tax code while at it lol. What's worse when they kept airing senators saying they didn't even read it and one that said he tried but couldn't understand it. I think it was a good idea, just ended up with bad engineering and if it stands I am sure it will be ripe with corruption and kickbacks but that's pretty normal with anything government controlled.

the ARRA. immediate tax breaks and other relief for the middle class and working poor lead to immediate stabilization in the job market.
Hmm...if tax breaks lead to job stabilization...wouldn't no taxes lead to an even better erm "job creation" ? hmmm.

I did read the entire bill before it was law, I skipped the reference changes but the rest of the bill was not unreasonable at all, barring the questionable constitutionality of mandated payments.

You read PPACA in its entirety? Wow, I bow before you.

The people that wrote it and signed it didn't even read it. I'm calling BS on you reading a 2700 document. Not to mention as a liberal it would take you twice as long to read it.

First, it is that big but double or triple spaced, you would know that if you looked, second, as I said I skipped the reference changes which took up a considerable part, I tend to read much faster than the average conservative because I don't have to look up the bigger words. I did so because I got pissed at all the conservative bullshit that was being foisted off on average joes as "what the law would mean". I found that for the most part all of those talking points were bullshit and learned to look to the source for this stuff rather than believe the rumor generators that the right uses for "factual sources". One of the reasons the right harped on the size of it was to scare people away from just sitting down and looking at the thing. Try doing the same thing with the released memos on Operation Wide Receiver.

Obama could cure cancer and he'd be called an asshole for doing so. He implemented a republican healthcare plan, keeping in tact the private health insurance industry, and he was called socialist. All of this is B.S. Republicans just want to see a democrat fail. That's all this is about.

We'll know in an hour and a half... I've got my popcorn popped and my bowl packed.
