They're a bit more expensive, and the installation would be more involved but I think I'll be happy with it in the long run do to its efficiency and isolation of the op.



This is the part I'm curious about, how does one "dial in" a system to maximize growth and at the same time be somewhat efficient.

Yeah - the splits are the way to go - but the install can be a bitch - especially if you are on anything other than ground floor... I have mounted (me and 4 other guys) a 3 ton (36000 BTU) for an attic grow - it took a week! Drilling into the unknown with 18" drill bits can be scary - who knows what you are going to drill into going through 3 floors! And then running your plumbing and electrical through that little hole... whew! The splits make it really easy to capture your runoff too!

I will be curious to see what you say about the spreaders...

I originally ordered 8" tubes, but I got a hood with 8" flanges and a story that 8" tubes don't exist...

So I settled for the 6" tube and then I see you have 8" tubes...

The lack of professionalism in this particular sector is amazing...

Hydro shop workers don't know shit... and we pay the price sometimes..

but yeah...

It will go on as soon as I feel like fiddling with the ducting... as the cooltube happens to be in the middle ...

HOOD>>> COOLTUBE>>>HOOD

So I will get to it when my ankle says I can...lol...:-P

i have been in touch with fdd, he is the only cool brother on board
everyone else have been ignoring my repeated request for support
sent numerous PM to every mod and admin of this site
like i said the only one who has responded was fdd
but his hands are tied, as he only moderate this site
my issues steams from my premium users rights not implements
he had relayed my request to Rollitup which is ignoring me
all i asked is for a response, let me know your working on it or something...
ill be cool with that, instead I'm being ignored

I have another 427 images left to upload on my account before I hit the limit of 1000, I doubt I'll be paying to become Elite. I only have a little time left of hanging around and doubt I will be hitting the max any time soon! I may pay it to help the site along. Your saying they won't let you upload your pictures? I resize my pictures before uploading to speed the process up.

this is exactly why I'm so frustrated with this site
I'm limited to 100, which i already reached over a week ago
not sure why your limit is at 1000 as a non Elite member

Seems they are always changing things, now I cannot leave -rep because I'm not Elite either. I think that is garbage because there are so many internet gardeners talking out of their bums on this site. I miss overgrow, they had so many intelligent knowledgeable members. I'm really not sure, so many little rules have changed over the last few months.

that's a simple fix,
you can use rep if you change your skin to blazin07
or use the default site skin which is what i use and able to leave rep with
they have several skins which they simply didn't update all them
with the function's they introduced over time
they only updated few skins,
that's why you get some function showing up only under curtain skins
again this comes to show you how well they manage the site

If you leave, the site and it's users are loosing an immense resource...

I say WE SHOULD ALL WRITE TO ROLLITUP and try to resolve this before this thread goes away...
