played volleyball in highschool. became major lazy stoner gained 7 to 10 lbs and working it off... i wasnt FAT. but i had a big butt and really big boobs.
my friend started the atkins diet or watever but switching to no carbs is bad for you.
so i just cut back on them... A LOT!
and the funny thing is, the stuff with all the carbs is the stuff with a lot of fat and other shit. i eat... tuna, lots and lots of salads, fruit, veg's, turkey, meat, chicken... everything homemade. and i drink tea all day long with out sugar, so i use splenda. works great. drink 8 cups of water a day.
i've lost, almost 7 lbs in a week. and i'm gunna stick to it mostly.

The volleyball crew I know is pretty bad ass... and all the REALLY big boobs I have encountered are cool too.. :mrgreen:

I do roofing,,if anyone understands this,,they'll understand,,0 body fat,,6 foot 1,,,,200 lbs,,I did a HoLE small house today,,with no nailgun,,by hatchet,,the pitch was 8/12,,just walkable,,as far as roofs go,,no jacks,,no ropes,,no harness,,,,after stripping and shingling 35 bundles of semi-steep roof,,I got no time for fitness,,,as a matter of fact,,my doctor wants me to enter a tri-athlon,,saying he thinks I'd win

I actually remember seeing some of the roofs you've done. Good work. I've done some framing, but no roofing. The reefer really helps me relax when I'm 50 feet in the air standing on close to nothing. It's also amazing how fit you can become in just doing labor for home construction or what have you. Working with your hands is awesome!

I think it's time for me to get a gym membership and stop sneaking in :blsmoke::-?. Once I get started with things I give them my all and I'm going to give this my all so we'll see how it turns out. I should take some before pictures and in a few months take some new pictures and show you guys to see how much I improved. And I love hard labor.. it's like excersizing but getting paid for it :mrgreen:. I was a landscaper for awhile last summer :blsmoke:

In the summer doing that hard labor I've been known to shed a few pounds in a week. It's nice right about this time of year.

Heres a pic I took. Fitness enthusiast. Yeah, I'm kinda' posin'. But fukk it, I work damn hard. (right now I got an extra 5 of winter layer I gotta' shed)

Smoke a fatty and hit the gym. weed helps me focus. You can feel all teh muscles being worked.

I do about 30 minutes of weights, followed by 30 minutes of cardio X 4 / week.

Plus extra things outside, like biking and stuff.

supplements I take:
Whey protein powder, CLA, HMB, creatine, and some herbal uppers. I took ripped fuel until the FDA banned Ma Huang. (bastards)

funny you should say that,,I am actually un-defeated in armwrestling,wait,,sorry,,I was beaten once,,,by an ex CFL Hamilton Tiger Cat football player at a stag one night,,but I didn't mind,,I won the door prize which was a 26 inch lcd monitor that I use with my pc,,but I've beat some big dudes who were not at all happy when it was over,,,but that may also come from lifting these big cans up to my mouth on the daily:mrgreen:

SWEET.... start up slow.. you don;t want to hurt yourself.. es[ecially with burbees..

make sure you land on your heels with your back straIght when you bring your legs in.. this is VITAL to a GOOD and clean BURPEE!

I just wanted to know how many of you stoners are or are trying to be in shape?

I go to the gym about 4-5 times a week. I drink whey protein shakes and creatine. Although I smoke almost everyday of the week, I like to try and keep my lungs, muscles, and joints as functional as possible.
Count me in. I have a treadmill at home, husband used to be a bodybuilder and personal trainer so he tells me what I can do and how to do it. I have to be careful because of a back injury and my hips have been giving me problems the past couple of years.

What's a burpee?

sadly for me im disabled :(

I used to be very fit as a skateboarder and snowboarder, took MMA classes with my brother. etc.

Its good if you can blaze down and workout. Its was an enjoyable thing for me.:cry:

I'm sorry to read this. It sounds like you did a LOT. Most depressing thing for me was when I got hurt and I felt just robbed.

What's a burpee?
You squat down, jump out to a push up postion, do a push up, jump back in to a squating position, and then jump up into the air. Kinda hard to picture

No, I think I got you. My son did something like that when he was in HS football, but they called them something else. HARD CORE.

Plyometrics.
That will improve your stuff quick...

Takes a while to recover from, so space out those workouts to at least 3-4 days apart.
