I was debating with my friend over whether or not spandex is the single greatest thing known to man. I love it.
It is. But from what perspective? It's great on women :mrgreen:, but there's a reason athletes like myself wear it, whether we like the skin fitting properties on ourselves or not.

i use body fortress, 100% whey vanella, its got 52g of protien per serving im not sure if thats what you were looking for though?

I have "six star muscle professional strength whey protein"- chocolate flavored. It tastes like shit along with any others I've tried. I was just looking for one that people thought didn't taste too bad. How does that brand taste?

Before my back/neck inj. I was 135lb 5'7", around 5-6% body fat. I could lifted 240lb flat bench. I could do around 4 reps of 50 push ups non stop, abb crunch on decline(left, right,) with a 45lb weight 50 reps each non stop. I could climb the rope in under 1min.

Now I sit on the couch and don't do shit. I'm 175lb now and over 15% body fat. I try to go to the gym but I always end up in to much pain.

At work, lifting something to fast to high and with out a brace. Three years later they found my t9-t10 jacked. 7 years now with more issues, about to go see a new doc. I will cross my fingers, 10 doc.s later I up date.

the one i use tast dead on cake batter i think it tast good

I train 5 to 6 days per week.. Have been training for a long time and my diet is totally in check.. I bulk up to about 225 in the winter and cut down to 195 to 205 in the summer and around 8% - 9% BF.. I smoke a fatty everyday before I go in to work out on all my weight days..I wait till after on the days I just go in for cardio..
