diagnosis please!

I’m using FFOF in 2gal smart pots. Vegged for three weeks. Amended with dte rose and flower March 4th the day before flipping. two days later amended with dte seabird Guano.Day temp is around 64-71 deg and rh is 50-60.night temp and rh same. I water every third day and the last two waterings I used 1/2 tsp of recharge hoping to get some shit broken down. I’m thinking light burn.( sf4000 24”-26” away. Moved it back to 30” where it was in veg.) maybe mag deficiency? What ya thinkin?

I mean starburst as in gradually light to dark from the center out. If thats what you’re talking about, it means you’re doing a good job. New growth is supposed to look like that.

They are fine. You might be expecting a much darker green. But ffof isnt fast acting nor high nitrogen. Its good soil and they look like they are healthy and growing quick, which is the lighter colored new growth. That new growth will become darker green as it gets older depending on how much fertilizer you use.

Sometimes it happens as you switch to flower...I don't see anything wrong with the lower leaves...doesn't look like they are trying to make up for any deficiencies...there are a couple fan leaves in the upper left that look a little down turned, but I see nothing else

You seem concerned still. Which is a good growing characteristic. The photos youve submitted, just as photos look fine for the new growth. I did try and see a nutrient deficiency by your description and I see what could be a hidden deficiency that wasn't critical or a deficiency manifesting now. Since its old growth thats showing, now, and maybe, I would guess phos, cal, mag or K hungry. It could be mobilizing nutrient from fan leaves to new growth to go with the nitrogen its getting in the new soil and the fast growth going into flower.
Watch closely the very top. If it gets bunched up weirdly its hungry and other foliar symptoms should identify it. And maybe get a pic under natural light or like kitchen type lighting, grow bulbs can make the colors appear greener than they are, thus missing a deficiency sign or symptom early on.

I don;'t anything but good going on here. Congrats on the seabird guano. It's my go to most an entire grow for perfect plants. I am playing with combos of other nuts but heaping spoon full every 2 or 3 weeks will provide fine results. that amount is for 5 or 7 gallon though.

I would also like to add that too much of a fertilizer can cause deficiency symptoms of other nutrients or micronutrients.

Well thank you all for that! Snoopy Yea I can positively say I am lol. I’m trying hard not to feed liquid nutrients. I just want the girls to work for their food and not just open wide and pour food down their throat. But If there is something goin on I’m not opposed to it lol. They were much greener before flower but I did have the light higher. I’ve defoliated quite a bit since then but all lover fans seem fine and new growth is still comin on fast. There has been no hickups in that department. I did feed light as this is my first grow with dte and my first grow in 4 years.

I’m a Firm believer in less is more but I also wanna find that middle ground if that makes sense. Does anyone else use recharge? I know it has molasses in it. But I was wondering about watering on off days with the real deal. Anyone doin this?

Once every two weeks I toss a tblspn of molasses in a gallon of pH'd tap water when it is time to water. After about 20% runoff I call it quits and dump the remaining.

And you do use Recharge too? I guess because they don’t have the trace elements Analysis on the back I don’t want to just assume it’s there and miss out on using the real thing.
