It's more about achieving a balance than "pushing" or trying to "make" anything happen faster, especially in organic growing. Anytime you give them more than they can handle (water or nutrients) they will push right back just as hard. That's probably what you're seeing in your grow right now.

A sure way to get bigger plants is to use bigger containers and veg for longer. I feel like you could probably fit a couple 15-gallon pots in there, and transplant once they are rooted out in the 5-gallons.

Learn to let them grow.. Then you'll learn how to make them grow..

Another update. Plants are growing well, I’m waiting for them to fully recover so I can scrog. Been watering just water and flushing each water after letting it dry out (which has only been twice) and last watering a few days ago just until 20% runoff. Leaves are still pretty dark, mainly for the plant on the right, a lot have greened up and some are trying. I don’t have a ppm meter so I’m just trying to get the water fairly clear for the runoff. I believe I just need to continue watering plain water and can go ahead and scrog it. Any advice?
