I didn't say republicans didn't vote for it. I said;

"I think you're right, and I think that's something we need to work to change. This has been an issue since 1964. Conservatives seem to think that things like Roe v. Wade and the Civil Rights Act are unconstitutional laws on par with Dred Scott and that if they just oppose them long enough, surely competence will come around!"

Southern conservatives, both republican and democrat voted against the civil rights act, northern progressives, both republican and democrat voted for it.

So a typo renders my statement incorrect? while you call those who disagree "neandertaal"? So relabeling Republicans and Democrats to suit whatever theory you are promoting is Okay? Guess so since you more often accuse me of child rape, arson, murder, racism, sexism or whatever when you're floundering.

If you're addressing me, I'm not a Trump supporter. If you're addressing someone I have on ignore, never mind.
And Trump was going to institute a flat tax, which would deny the rich their tax loopholes, effectively raising their taxes.

I do and it doesn't matter what it will cost, the funds are already allocated and ready to spend. They were "shelved" in an annual budget from years ago and never spent. It will cost us absolutely NOTHING to build it at this point. That's the beauty of progressive politics.
