His strips do 12,370 lm per strip 0r 10,570 lm per meter. They also are spread out farther than a qb or cob. I dont think you need a heat sink with a 2 mm aluminum backing on it. They are running about 55%.

I am pretty sure they dont make 4 foot LEDs is because they are competing against 4 foot floro fixtures whose bulbs are less than 4 foot. Plus most of the world is metric and a meter is a common measurement.

You complain about green light but you ignore the IR produced by the DE fixture. Take out the 15% IR and the DE is about 1.46. Or lets say some of the IR is used say 10% is unused. Then it is 1.54 PPF. The test may have its flaws but I dont see this as one that is a issue. At 15% removed...
