My suggestion is that you get rid of the tin foil and get some mylar emergency blankets to line the walls. You can find it in the sporting goods section of walmart for like two or three bucks. Maybe add another PC fan on the opposing end as well. One for bringing air in, and one for blowing air out.

I have the NL seeds from RQS and for some reason both of my plants have grown taller than some sativas I have. I know NL is an indica which are generally short, maybe my seeds just had weird genetics.

Top those things asap! Northern Lights are known for growing tall. It will stretch like a madman during flowering.

Be careful with those supplemental 23w bulbs, you can easily fry your buds during flowering. It happened to me even though I only had the lights 6 inches away.
