    Clone Question

No. The cube does not disintegrate. It is not supposed to. The cube is made out of a material not much unlike housing insulation. It will hold water extremely well, and as such you don't want to over-soak it or the roots wont have any oxygen pores (IN THE CUBE, NOT IN THE ROCKS) left to breath...

    2k DIY UnderCurrent 6XL - 4x8 Gorilla - Plushberry Grow

Thanks jonboy! :bigjoint:I still have a few mods I'd like to throw into the system. Had a few thoughts on a reverse flow drip manifold using an electronic solenoid, and an inline water structurizer/UV filter to kill anything such as pythium even though it shouldn't be a problem with water temps...

    2k DIY UnderCurrent 6XL - 4x8 Gorilla - Plushberry Grow

Quick Update: AC Unit arrived this morning, and has been hooked up. Nutradip also arrived, and all 4" disc air stones are plumbed in. It appears there is a slow drip leak from the inline Durapump. I seem to always have issues with the pump connection, as the collar cracks easily if you tighten...

    Clone Question

If you're using H&G Roots Excel use it @ 1ml/gal. When you say "cube" I'm presuming you mean a rockwool cube, like a Grodan Delta 8/10. Yes, put a layer of clay rocks on the bottom of the net pot, then set the cube on top and fill the rest of the pot in with rocks. With your drip system, just...

    RDWC purchase or build out?

I just built out a system nearly identical to the Undercurrent 6XL - 8gal / 25" centers - I modified it for I can reverse the pump flow for changing out nutrients, and added an extrernal gravity fed top-off res. Granted I had air pumps already and a few other parts, but it cost me FAR LESS to...

    DWC AEROS Plant!t one plant

Get those temps down if you can. Otherwise she looks fine, though its had to tell when they're that small.

Best DWC nutrients and your reasons?

Like a few others have mentioned, lucas formula (GH Micro+Bloom 8/16 or FNB 8ml/gal) works very nicely, is very simple, and easy on the wallet. I've run it in the past, with very nice results.

learning dwc need a little hlp

Top water it til roots hit water. Also, likely they could be in transplant shock. Give en a few days to a week and they should start kicking again. If yellowing is from low nitrogen, they may improve once they can feed better.

    Hose for bubbleponics

Feed hose is most often 1/2" - Then you use a punch and barbed fitting to go to 1/4" or whips with stakes. I'm looking into the Halo drip rings which I believe can be run directly off 1/2" hose which I have a shit ton of laying around.

    From curing to germimng

I usually run H202 in the system for a few days and wipe down the containers/system. I also use a spray bottle and bleach solution (diluted) to wipe down walls and surfaces.

New digital timer? not what I expected? Help?

If you're not dropping money or DIYing a recycle timer, you're not going to be able to do what you want (10/on - 15/off). Period. Best solution would be a cheap analog 15min increment timer.

    BlackStar Chrome 270 Power Draw

What I'd recommend is getting a Kill-A-Watt meter. Then you can check actual draw on all your devices.

DWC "FLUSHING" with...................... ?? - STELTHY

Most flushing agents are simply glucose/sucrose and water, IE sugar water. There are a few thoughts on flushing in DWC. Now unlike soil/coco/rockwool/etc we use only water. (And maybe pebbles/rockwool blocks) Because of this our "medium" is non accumulative. It only ever contains a constantly...

to any pro dwc users help asap

I'm not seeing anything obvious from that distance from the leaf. The one plant does look rather dull and sickly colored. Are there any burn spots on the tips? Little brown rust spots? What nutrients are you currently using? Your attempt at "flushing" has likely made her a bit nutrient...

Measuring & Delivering Nutes Tip: No pouring. No spills. No mess. No drips.

I prefer syringes for their precision. When I mix small batches for hand watering I use a pipet/3ml/20ml syringe. I also have a 90ml syringe and a 1000ml graduated cylinder for large reservoir measuring.

    Overcrowding in my tent

7 buckets is way too many for a 4x4 Sex your plants and cut it down to 4 plants in there. You may be thinking you'll be losing yield, but trust me, you can only pull so much with your light, and 7 plants will greatly reduce quality as there will not be enough access to the light with that many...
