If you really want to get some high wattage cfl's, try and get ahold of some 125w or 150w. Most chain stores have at least a 42w. Did you try any "local" hardware stores? If you still can't find anything, I'd suggest going online to one of the home depot or walmart type websites.

Personally, I like the look of the stud on the left. Choosing a male to pollenate depends on what features you are looking for in your plant. Choose the plant that seemed to grow the quickest, had the least problems, and has the best aesthetic qualities.

Sounds like a good plan. You'll also want quite a bit more lighting if you plan to grow that many plants.

Looks to me like an over-nute experience. Also I noticed your ph seems a little low to me for soil. Too low or high of a ph can also cause nutrient lockout.

20-20-20 is a little high in P&K for vegging plants, unless I'm mistaken. The NPK ratio should be around 20-5-5 for vegging shouldn't it?

Not positive but I think he meant gutter as in house gutter not street gutter ...

Looks to me like you have a major nitrogen deficiency. Also, I'm not too experience with alot of kinds of nutes, but isn't big bloom only for flowering? Probably not a lot of nitrogen in it if it is. If it is a nitrogen deficiency, you'll need to get some vegging nutes.
