Hey twisty.... ever flowered with them fluros or do u just use em to veg with too? Jw since u were sayin in ur other post how u weren't that impressed with hid's... Personally, haven't tried out them t5's OR t12's, but i love the cfls for veggin... well to a point....

Doobie's got it right there^^^ HTGSUPPLY.COM.... ... on another note, u don't HAVE to switch bulbs around and all that, but it is the optimal way to go.... if u got the $$.... I run a couple cfl's for seedlings, then str8 hps, veggin and flowerin.

When i did mine- the lrak's, the smell actually wasn't too bad... Which actually pissed me off cuz i love that smell.....

I just finished some lr2ak's not too long ago. As far as ur size req. go i think they be ur best choice as they're supposed to max out at 2foot tall. I lst'd mine, and when they were done i had 11in. tall plants, nothin but buds.

I don't quite understand ur Q.... But I use distilled water only for my plants, and regardless of weather its 'distilled,' 'spring water,' or 'drinking water' by name, the ph will vary regardless. I've had distilled come out anywhere between 6 and 8+ PH, so u do gotta keep an eye on it. A good...

U may have seen some auto's.... I had some good sized nugs with my lr2ak47's... but a lot of it imo, depends on how much light ur workin with along with a host of other things regarding plant environment as well .... keeping optimum conditions in ur grow space can pay dividends come harvest

Like this guy was kinda sayin..... get a microscope or at least a 30x loupe, and look at the TRICHES. From there, it's really up to u as far as weather u want the couch lock high or the go-to-work kind of high.... a good guidline to use is to begin flushing 2 weeks from when u expect to harvest...

Nute-wise... if it's ur first grow, or aren't real familiar with how it all works yet, i'd suggest a simmple all-around NPK-raito nute. Something with an NPK of like 18-18-18 will work fine throughout the entire grow.

For soil... Start nutes at EITHER- 4-5 nodes are on the plant OR... 4-6 WEEKS of age. As ur plant grows, it will let u know when it needs food but it takes some getting used to. Ur best bet is to start at 1/4 or 1/2-strength nutes as i said, then work ur way up to full strength as needed.

LOL... Sorry friend, but regardless of weather the plant is male, female, hell even if it's nebraskan NO-HIGH, ur gonna catch a charge for it in the states lest u got a permit, med-card, etc...
