flowering???

hey,
i'm on my first grow, at home bag seeds, pathetic, etc......
it's been a great learning experience and thats all i wanted from this batch.

i ended up with a single female out of my four plants. within 12 days of starting 12/12 the males were obvious, they produced a huge cluster of pollen sacks on the highest point of the plant. the female on the other hand didn't show untill days later, now there are several points with the flowering petals protruding but no.......cola? there are hairs and everything but no like top to it, no obvious source of actual bud, it's been like 20 days now and i'm a bit worried.
the plant looks healthy.
a reasonable amount of growth considering the resources put into it.
does anybody have pictures of the critical moment when the flowering areas have some sort of growth?
i'm sure i'm just being impatient.

i'll include a picture if i need to, i won't have a chance untill tomorrow.

any opinion on whether the Ph effected the 75% male turnout? i also made a huge mistake and transplanted to larger pots just a couple weeks before flowering, although i didn't start the 12/12 untill they were clearly recovered.

no no no, that would be foolish, i have TWO 40 watt cfl's............

no actually i found an old steel cabinet in the garage and installed two 40 watt cfls from above, and two lesser watt cfl's from the sides, i forget the wattage, the 75 equivalent, the box is lined with Mylar which in my opinion laid surprisingly smoothly. its no a lot of area. i installed some sort of odd air filtering machine for circulation. it should be bright enough, although, i didnt finish the cabinet untill the flowering stage so maybe this is repercussions from the early developement.

thanks for the help everyone i think i get it now, the hairs are less sparce everyday, i expected the hairs to grow behind them a "bud" like you would imagine on a rose bush pre-bloom, so i kept looking and wondering........why there isnt a big fleshy growth behind each set of hairs, so, i'm just an idiot

what kindof bulb do halogen work lamps have?
