how many cfm is your exhaust fan in relation to your area? my fan blows at 80 cfm and my cabinet is 30" x 30" x 4' so 24 sq ft... so my cabinet has new air in it almost 4 times every minute... that helps keep heat out.. allowing you to lower your lights...... I have a fan that blows across my...

I would leave them on.... two reasons... 1. leaves make more energy for the plant VIA the sun or lights...... cutting them off will hurt the plant so it cannot create as much energy... 2... the leaves have vital nutrient the plant uses at later stages of life.... hence you have yellowing...

you get a good fan in there to throw the heat off the plants and they can get really really dense ;) the farther the light is from the plants the farther it will stretch.... if you have your light 2-3" above where it is too hot for the plant... it will only grow that 2-3" in a few days...

no problem man... :) also when looking for soil look for something that does not have "time released nutes" it may seem like a good thing but when you want to flush or just add water you can't.... since the nutes are already in the soil.... the more water you give it the more nutes it gets and...

oh and straight peat is bad as well as it is acidic... you need some "potting soil".....

GET BIGGER POTS WITH MORE SOIL.. Those peat pellets are good for about a day after your seed comes up.. go to the grow faq and read there guy..... it'll help you out in the long run...... I start mine in 6" pots.....

you need more soil to retain water. if it dries out again you probably will kill it Stress at an early age is not a good thing at all....

I've got my 400 watt hps 6-8" away from my plants.... it will take a bit of fiddling but move your lights closer.... it will make the nodes more compact giving you denser buds... as well as more buds... ;)

yeah if you look at the Tags on this post it has what I'm growin.... the Thia stick in the back right actually auto flowered a week prior to the rest of them so it's sitting probably at 5 weeks or 6 weeks...I know it's too soon but I snipped off a small bud off the bottom *it wasn't gonna get...
