I use alibaba all the time, found some good suppliers. But never found a supplier who could deliver meanwell drivers a lot cheaper than in europe.

1500 bucks is too much money for such a chinese led with only 255 watts. You almost can buy and construct your own light with 20 3070's cobs @50 watts. @captainmorgen, its a chinese led made of 45mil chips of osram, I think. I know some chinese leds that are made of 45 mil bridgelux leds.

Watch out for the 3590! It comes in 36V or in 70 volts.

They are cooler and fan from Mechatronix. They can cool up to 20.000 lumens and 200 watts dissipation. They stay very cool. I have also some other herbs that never grew outside in the sun but under this light it grows and grows. We will see in a few weeks how its going.
