Daylight 6500k for veg. Warm/soft white 2700k for flowering. Cool white is usually under 5000k(4100k, specifically). It's probably the least useful CFL bulb temperature for plants. Full spectrum(5500-5800k) bulbs are acceptable for either growth period, but better for veg.

Plants focus on different areas of growth during the night versus the day, and perform different functions more optimally(and/or exclusively) in one or the other. Healthy plants get both.

Moon light is typically under 1 lux. So if your source is also under 1 lux(measured at the plants), you'll probably be fine. Some plants rely on the moon light. And some greenhouses simulate moon light for certain plants.

140 lm/W at relatively low wattage? Nice.

Even blurry that looks like a male! Way to focus on the glove in the background. Try to find the Macro-shot or Super Macro function on your (digital?) camera. You'll get much better pictures.
