Just leave it under 18/6 till it gets back into veg mode. You can tell it's fully back into veg stage when it starts producing 5 bladed leaves again. I would wait to cut a clone till it's growing normally in veg again.

The reflector/hood and plugs should be fine, they're universal. You do need to match the bulb wattage to the ballast though :)
