What led is best value for small grow

You're a troll. Once again, we're not growing pounds here. These are small tents meant for personal stashes of medicine. And my panels are bright enough that they burn my retinas. Nuff said.

What led is best value for small grow

Hell yea! I'm just in veg right now so I can't comment on yield or nothin', but my plants seem to actually prefer the supplementals to my Warm White or Neutral White spotlights. They wanna grow towards the supp when both lights are same height and the plant is placed directly between the two. I...

    Epistar LEDs ??

AFAIK, Blackstar doesn't use heat sinks like that, it's just a metal plate that the LED's are mounted onto with fans blowing on the plate, lol. Might be other differences, I'm not too familiar with Blackstar as I've had no interest in researching them given the reliability claims and price tag...

2x500w blackstar scrog 33 days in flowering when will buds fatten?

I heard Blue Dream is a very high yielder. https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/455368-highest-yielding-indoor-strains.html Love the grow, man. Good luck, but doubt you need it, the plants are beautiful.

    1st Time Farmer! (1) HTG "432"W 7 band (1) A51-60 + CFL - Coco Hempy Bucket

^^^ I'm not sure if I'm just psycho, but I seem to have to do the same thing with more beans than I think I should have to. Always scares the shit out of me when I'm taking safety pins to a bitty sprout to split the seed halves apart. One time a sprout couldn't even split the cotyledon casing...

    Epistar LEDs ??

Hrm. Looking at their other panels I think this company does tend to use larger heat sinks compared to what I've seen in some other panels. The picture might not be of the exact same model number, but I'm willing to bet thermal management will be similar. Idk, I kind of like these guys, they...

Bagseed Reveg - 28watts of LED

Rofl. So random, I love it. I was talking with someone arguing plants had a very high intelligence encoded into their DNA and then *wham* a marsupial walks through the door on a completely different order of magnitude. Puts some shit into perspective a bit.

    Epistar LEDs ??

Grrr. I actually thought this too, but then I told myself there was just some light bending going on at the corner, but now I see what you mean. The profile does look different. Well the heat sinks woulda been phat. 8/

    Epistar LEDs ??

Looks alright to me. MadDogMc - Their efficiency would be lower I'm guessing. More heat, less light. Idk, I sort of trust them that they're Epistar, but perhaps I'm a sucker for this? Who knows.

    Epistar LEDs ??

Check the eBay listing. There's a picture which lists the quantities of each wavelength. Gets a nod of approval from me at least. Looks like a dank light to me so long as thermal management is under control. When do you need this light by, or are you just window shopping right now?

Black Dog LED new Universal series

You'd have to document resin production, no? That's the argued benefit of UV on mmj. I don't think this is specific to LED. Do some searches of growers using reptile bulbs as supplemental or something, imo. And I mean how many inches above the canopy would the bulbs be? People tan with UVB...

Multichip LED, Remote Phosphor - Guess who it is.

Hey, man. Thanks for stopping by. It is a lot of Blue, but that's because I'll by using a remote phosphor lens on the end of the reflector. Check out this pdf by Intematix on their ChromaLit series of lenses and take a look at the spectrographic analysis of the 2700K lens (then imagine a bump...

Multichip LED, Remote Phosphor - Guess who it is.

Hey guys, it's Bumpished. Been here a little while and posted very little about my own grow, mostly because it's still not even ready for a journal. Been gathering odds and ends as I can and am just on the cusp of tying it all together. This post is sort of a placeholder for when I finish my...

What led is best value for small grow

Kyanite: I'd rather use these. I'd keep my eye on this thread if it interests you. I've never seen a grow like this done before, and if the yields are as good as the veg results this could be a really nice discovery! jimjim: Yikes. That makes things more difficult in terms of the Philips L...

He's not exactly growing to feed the block, guys. jimjim: Have you seen or thought of these? http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Philips-A-19-10-Watt-L-Prize-Award-Winner-Dimmable-LED-Light-Bulb-/140916730835?pt=US_Light_Bulbs&hash=item20cf4aabd3 I've read that the newer model (this is the newer model...

What led is best value for small grow

That's a lot of Blue, imo, in those E27's. I also don't like the diffuser in front of the LED's. I'm sure it will get you through a grow or two before you save a bit for a better light, however, and they'd make great supplementals. I actually like that DIY kit still. Call me crazy, but if you...
