How much heat they put off is a relative question, imo. The smaller the room the easier it will be to raise ambient temp by one degree, the more you'll have to ventilate. Many of those UFO's only actually draw 40-50W at the plug. It's hard for me to imagine 40-50W of LED getting out of control...
