I usually wait a few days longer until the seeds are really good and sprouted, but I'm sure you will be fine. I can't picture your other question though...as long as the rockwool is in contact with water at some point it will wick up enough to keep the plants happy if that's your question.

The roots don't really have enough time to grow into the bottom Roughneck, although they try very hard, and even if they do a little bit then they just get pruned when I lift the top Rubbermaid off, lol. Not sure what kind of info you are looking for label-wise, have you seen page 75?

I think the green stuff is algae. You could probably save them, but I'm not a rockwool guy so I can't tell you how. They are definitely stunted for their age, but I think they could grow out of it faster than you could get some new seed to catch up, but I guess it depends how easy it is to flush...
