I've seen both things happen. Sometimes that cola shuts down and sits there brownly frozen in time. Other times it grows right through it. Kinda depends on the strain, time into flowering, and severity of burn. If I had to guess, I think yours might be the frozen variety.

Yeah, it's time, lol. I tied a string to the top of the plant and then around a brick on the other end and every few days I flip the brick and the top slowly starts to bend towards the open area.
