    SoG Grow Room Discussion

Yeah, I see exactly what you are doing now. The more I think about this the more lost I'm getting. You are using all that space very well. My plan was to add in 10" at the wall and then 7" at the other end with one more site. So my math made the total length of the unit in the grow area 57.7"...

    SoG Grow Room Discussion

I'm getting ready to assemble my flower unit and I had a couple questions. I'm also going to put the res on the outside of the tent. Did you think about extending the fence post between the res and the first plant site? It seems that right now that first plant is growing right against the tent...

    Humidity

You should start your own thread....but light green usual means they need to get fed more.

With CO2 you can go up to 35º C. You would definitely see a difference in yield too.

    SoG Grow Room Discussion

Thanks. My spare bedroom is just a tad too small on one side for the DR300 so I'm going to try and flower in DR240 - (7'-10" x 7'-10" for those unfamiliar). Hopefully it will be enough room.

how is world wide marijuana seeds

Too early for me to say, but they come in the original packaging or a portion thereof if you order less then 10 seeds - if you order one seed they send you 1/10 of the original package - so I feel pretty confident.

    SoG Grow Room Discussion

SOG, have you talked about your plan for the tents? Are you cloning and vegging in the DR240 and putting the flowering units in the DR300? Are you fixing to keep the res' outside the tents?

Harvest a Pound Every Three Weeks!

Sounds scary, lol. Warning: Pregnant women, the elderly, and children under 10 should avoid prolonged exposure to Happy Fun Ball. Caution: Happy Fun Ball may suddenly accelerate to dangerous speeds. Happy Fun Ball contains a liquid core, which, if exposed due to rupture, should not be...

    Botanicare Silica Blast?

Yeah, I wish I could be less wishy-washy and say the stuff rocks, but we already get so much of that when people just don't really know. I like Botanicare, I don't feel like they are always trying to up-sell me on 43 different things - Iguana this and Cheetah that and Voodoo Juice the other...

    Moisture Sensor Controlled Watering

It takes some experimenting before you get it right. And even then it isn't exact. Plants go through more water and certain points in their life cycle so you never get it quite right - you can only hope to get close. I see what you are hoping for with a sensor, but I'm of the opinion that...

    Moisture Sensor Controlled Watering

I'm always out of town on business. I would skip the fancy sensors. Just use a timer. Set it to run the pump for a few minutes every 4 days or whatever you need to fully water them. It's worked for me over the years.

You WILL get bugs with the MG Organic soil. They come in every bag - 100% guaranteed. Do yourself a favor and get some Foxfarm soil.

    Botanicare Silica Blast?

I use it. In both soil and hydro I use 1 tsp/gallon. Does it help? Anything I said would be a guess just because I've never done a side-by-side grow with and without it. I've had some very successful grows and this has been a part of my feeding so I stick with using it.

    Is humidity really that important?

Nah, like the previous posters said, too low and you get papery leaves and real low trichome production. Now in flower, there is something to trying to keep humidity down to prevent mold, but that isn't the case in veg. Then you need a nice level - nothing to overly worry about in Veg though...

    Fox Farm Nutes

You need to use grow and bloom nutes whether it is a auto or not. Just because you don't trigger flowering doesn't mean the plant doesn't have a vegetative phase. It certainly does...just like any other plant.
